Option 1: La Turbie, Roquebune-Cap-Martin et Eze Village
Welcome to a journey of discovery through the enchanting charm of the French Riviera’s perched villages.
Join me as we traverse ancient streets, winding through medieval architecture, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean landscapes and sea. Prepare for an unforgettable adventure steeped in history, culture, and panoramic vistas.
Our first stop is La Turbie, often referred to as the “Monaco terrace” due to its panoramic view of the Principality of Monaco. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to admire the ruins of an imposing monument: the Trophy of the Alps. Built in 7 BC, this monument was dedicated to Emperor Augustus and served as a symbol of Roman power. Delve into the rich history of this site, which once marked the road linking Italy to Cimiez, the Roman Quarter of Nice.
Next, we will venture to Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, a historic village perched atop a rocky promontory. Explore the remnants of its medieval past, including the 10th-century castle and the oldest olive tree. Immerse yourself in the stunning panoramic views of the coastline and the surrounding countryside, offering a glimpse into the timeless beauty of the French Riviera.
Our journey continues to Eze Village, a breathtaking hilltop enclave overlooking the Mediterranean. Lose yourself in its labyrinthine streets adorned with boutiques and artisan shops, offering a treasure trove of local crafts and souvenirs. Be sure to visit the exotic garden, perched high above the village, where you’ll be rewarded with sweeping panoramic vistas stretching as far as the eye can see.

Option 2: Grasse, Gourdon and Tourettes-sur-Loup
Our first destination is Grasse, the renowned city of perfumes since the 17th century and now the world capital of perfumery. Known as the “capital of flowers and perfumes,” Grasse invites you to explore its historic old town or delve into the world of fragrance at the Fragonard perfume factory. Lose yourself in the intoxicating scents and vibrant colors that define this quintessentially Provencal town.
Continuing our journey, we will head to Gourdon, one of the most beautiful village of France, stuck like and eagle nest on the mountain and admire an incredible panoramic view of the Alps.
We will go then to Tourrettes-sur-Loup, a charming medieval village perched high above the countryside. Known as the “City of Violets,” Tourrettes-sur-Loup captivates visitors with its narrow streets lined with workshops of ceramicists, painters, sculptors, and artisans. Indulge your senses with a visit to a local candy shop, La Confiserie Florian, where you can sample sweet delights made with regional ingredients.
As our tour comes to an end, take a moment to savor the beauty and authenticity of Provence’s medieval villages. From the fragrant fields of Grasse to the artisanal charm of Tourrettes-sur-Loup, each village offers a unique glimpse into the cultural tapestry of this beloved region.
